Relaxation techniquesHere are some techniques that you can use to make your whole body relax. Some of them can even be done at work, sitting at your desk. Try to practice these techniques as often as possible. Clench, then let go, each group of muscles. Start with your toes and work up to your head. Try a yoga breathing technique: Shut one nostril with your thumb, breathe in through the other and count to eight. Shut the other nostril with your other thumb, release the first nostril and breathe out to the count of eight. Repeat several times. When you have eye-strain, stop what you are doing immediately. Press the heels of your hands gently into your eyes and breathe deeply for one minute. Use positive self-self talk with these simple statements
