Recognizing Stress

Without trying to be too technical, there are ways to gauge if you have stress in your life and how your body is reacting to this stress. Everything in your body is all chemically related, just as with the environment each action has a reaction. There are no ways around this cause and effect theory in life, just as you won’t be able to change the effects that stress is going to put on your body, but you can change stress in your life.

While your body is going to be under some type of stress all the time, even as you are eating your dinner, it is all a part of living. Lessening the stress on your body due to emotions, feelings and the effects of the environment around you can become an enhancement to keep your body young, illness, and disease free at the same time

Along with the stress and strain that your emotions and your feelings are going to put your body through, there are also the affects of added stress that your environment is going to put on your body.

Additives, preservatives, toxins, pollution, and bad habits put additional strain and stress on your body with will also cause your body to age beyond your years. As your body over loads on toxins, pollution and other effects of your environment, your body is going to suppress your immune system causing your to be susceptible to falling ill more often.

Combining the stress of your emotions, feelings, and that of your environment it is no wonder you are always tired, feeling down and on edge at the same time. Without your immune system running correctly and without your other hormones being ravaged by stain and stress, you are not going to be healthy and the effects of age will show on your body. Your body is constantly fighting off disease, illness, and problems, and with out you lowering your levels of strain and stress on your body, you are going to because weaker and more susceptible to problems like cancer, diabetes, hormonal unbalances and so on.

Sexual balances in your life are also important for a long healthy life. The sexual balance that I am talking about is the production of hormones in your body that makes you who you are, and your body ‘work’ correctly. Hormones like testosterone, estrogen, and steroids are all part of a crucial healthy life, slowing the aging process. When your sexual hormones are changed, take for example during pregnancy, your sleep patterns change causing other stain and stress in your life as well. If you have surgery, your hormones change to allow your body to heal, adding to the stress and stain on your system. Balancing your sexual hormones during the many stages of your life will ease your body into relaxing leaving stress behind.

Hormonal changes and the additional stress on your body is what can make you feel like you don’t want to get out of bed, that you want to quit your job, but finding that relaxing point where you sleep better, you eat better – you are going to eliminate the stress which is all around better for your entire body system. Maximizing your health creates a long life expectancy while giving you a more enjoyable life structure at the same time.
