Depending on your life stage, you might have persistent levels of stress, high levels of stress or even low levels of stress, but one thing is for sure, all of these different levels of stress do change your basic biological life process. Over the years, stress has become the center of many scientific studies. These studies have involved how stress is a factor in our life when it contributes to our physical well being such as with: depression, diseases, heart problems, cancer, strokes, arthritis, diabetes and even hormone imbalances, or psychological problems or illness. Many scientific studies are relating the amount and affects of stress in your life to health and physical problems that you endure. As you think about the stress in your life, the changes in your life, and your physical and mental conditions, you might also find it highly interesting to know that stress has been recognized as a contributing factor to physical changes in your life, and to the aging of your mind and body itself. |
