I have always been stressed. If you are like me, you will probably be too stressed to even read this book. That’s why it’s short and to the point. Dealing with stress is the only way to really overcome it and look further to the life ahead of you.



Even I have all the excuses in the world to be stressed out:

  • I have a spinal injury
  • I am in pain
  • I have kids
  • Worse still I have teenagers
  • I am in debt
  • I work too hard
  • I am nearly 40
  • That’s half my life gone
  • The dog needs a walk
  • It’s raining
  • It’s too sunny
  • I just want a nap

You may laugh but I could worry about the leaves falling from the trees. I am the type of person who is bothered by many things around me and in my life. So how have I found the time to put this book together? Well what you really need to understand is that by putting this book together, this was my first step in trying to manage MY stress. My personal stress makes me feel altered, on edge, and out of control.

As you read this book, you will be in the position as I was when writing it. You will be learning about stress and trying to find simple, easy ways to make it more manageable. So let’s see if we can get better together leaving stress in our past!
